Inugami ist ein weiterer Geist, der bei Kohina einzieht. Sie nahm ihn von der Straße mit, wo dieser geradezu sehnsüchtig auf Kohina wartete. Inugami ist Hals über Kopf in sie verliebt und hasst jeden, der sich zwischen Kohina und ihn stellt – eingeschlossen Kokkuri-san. Dies bekommt Kokkuri-san deutlich zu spüren, da Inugami jede Tätigkeit von ihm kritisiert und verhöhnt. Generell hasst Inugami jede Person, auch sich selbst, außer Kohina.

Da Inugami ein Geist ist, kann auch er seine Gestalt beliebig wechseln. Der Unterschied zu Kokkuri-san liegt allerdings darin, dass sich Inugamis Verstand der jeweiligen Gestalt anpasst, was bedeutet, dass er in der Form einer Frau auch wirklich wie eine Frau denkt. Unabhängig von der Gestalt besteht Inugamis Liebe zu Kohina aber weiterhin.
