Nachdem die strafanfällige Saki Asamiya einige Zeit in einer Erziehungsanstalt verbracht hat, bekommt sie die Chance ihr bisheriges kriminelles Dasein wieder gut zu machen. Sie arbeitet als Undercover-Polizistin, um so das etwaige Todesurteil ihrer Mutter herauszuzögern. Nur mit einem speziellen Jo-Jo bewaffnet, ist es Sakis Aufgabe, die mysteriösen Todesfälle unter den Studenten in ihrer Highschool aufzuklären. Um den Fall untersuchen zu können, muss sie den reichen und mächtigen Mizuchi-Schwestern gegenübertreten, die nach ihrem Verweis von der Schule, erneut die Oberhand erlangt haben.
